The new ART VIENNA event draws in crowds like a magnet.
Nobody wanted to miss out on the premiere of the ART VIENNA International Exhibition of Contemporary Art and Classical Modernism on Wednesday! Huge numbers of visitors poured into the Leopold Museum, including many famous faces from the Viennese art scene. The 3,000 guests at the opening were able to see and discover big names like Warhol, Helnwein and Picasso, as well as exciting new figures, at the stalls of around 34 Austrian and international exhibitors.
As such, ART VIENNA can be seen as a new Viennese exhibition at the beginning of the year that can offer something interesting for established and affluent collectors and give a younger audience the opportunity to buy exciting and affordable art.
Alexandra Graski-Hoffmann, the Managing Director of M.A.C. Hoffmann, is delighted by the “successful, atmospheric and very promising prelude to this new, very contemporary exhibition initiative on Vienna’s art scene.”
